Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from early planning through to completion.

This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required standard.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through completion

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and project scope

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise on site

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in construction project management

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing

  • Ability to lead teams and manage site activity

  • Clear, direct communication and decision-making

  • High level of accountability and attention to detail
